HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

You can return your order within 30 days of purchase if the product is unopened/ unused. If a physical order has already been delivered, please follow the instructions on http://shop.avid.com/store/rma.do. To return a digital product/download please contact us at 519-772-3541, Monday to Saturday from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM (US Pacific Time).


Do I get my money back in the case of a return?

Yes. If the return has been accepted by us, we’ll refund the purchase price of the product. Freight charges will not be refunded. Refund is made by means of the payment method you chose when placing the order. Please avoid initiating a chargeback instead of using our established return process, as this will only delay your refund.


 


 

HOW DO I RETURN MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD PRODUCT?

It is only possible to return a download/digital product by sending a Letter of Destruction. You can find this document here. Should you have any questions regarding the procedure, please contact customer service.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

It may be possible to cancel your order for a shippable product shortly after order placement, as long as the order has not yet been finalized for shipping. If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer care as soon as possible after order placement and we will advise if cancellation is still possible. If it is no longer possible, you may still return the product for a refund by following the RMA process.
